Chrysostomos Konstandinidis, known as “Soulis,” was born in Athens in 1946. He studied painting, sculpture, engraving, scenography and costume design, graphic design, and interior design.
He has also been involved in a wide range of creative fields, including: aerodynamic vehicle design, furniture design, industrial design, as well as theater and cinema.
From 1970 to 1984, he worked professionally in Greece. From 1984 to 2004, he relocated to the United States, living and working in Florida and New York, with his main atelier located on Captiva Island.
Since 2004, he has been based in Athens, where he continues to work in his studio, while also frequently visiting his workshop in Florida.
He held his first exhibition in 1974, and since then, he has participated in numerous exhibitions worldwide. His works can be found in private museums and art collections across the globe.
