RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return the products you purchased from our e-shop www.plusart.com.gr (https://www.plusart.com.gr) without being obliged to let us know why you wish to return them. The refund must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. In this case, we will refund you all the money received from you, except (not including) delivery costs (send and return costs), within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of the products.
In order to qualify for a refund, the products you wish to return should not be used, be in perfect condition, in their original packaging (box, touch paper, airplane) and with all the contents of the original packaging, such as the certificate of authenticity of the artist accompanying the item. In addition to accepting the return of the product, it must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt (retail receipt or invoice) from the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are shown on the purchase receipt.
The return statement is sent by e-mail to info@plusart.com.gr, which will indicate your order code, personal details and contact phone number.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. We suggest you send the parcel by courier or registered. The company is not responsible for any loss or destruction of the products when shipped for return.
Note: If the buyer is an enterprise, returned goods are accompanied by a delivery note.
CHANGE POLICY
If you wish to change the returned product with another one of your choice, you will need to send an email to info@plusart.com.gr describing your return request, indicating the code of the item you want to return and the code or codes of the products you want to buy and you will receive our immediate response. You have the option of choosing a new product of equal or highest value.
The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.
Product refunds must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.
In order to be eligible for the refund, the products should not be used, in perfect condition, in their original packaging (box, thin paper, bubble wrap) and with all the contents of the original packaging, such as the Artist’s Certificate of Authenticity.
Also, to accept the return of the product, it must be accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (retail receipt, communication form, and invoice).
The return of the item is only accepted if the Customer has previously paid out any amount that the Company has charged for sending the product to them. (See previous return case).
All product returns purchased from our online store must be made only to the business PlusArt in Gialova – Messinias, Pedestrian str., 24001.
The right of withdrawal under Articles 4 and 10 of Law 2.251 / 1994 does not apply where the price of the products has been paid in a physical store and in addition the products have been omitted from the physical store as the sale is not considered to be a distance sale.
ORDER CANCELLATION
For any cancellation of the order (wholly or in part), you should immediately contact us via e-mail at info@plusart.com.gr or call +30 27230 23785. The order cancellation option is given until the time we notify you about the sending of your order and if proof has not already been issued. Any cancellation after this time period is impossible.
PRICE POLICY
Our online store maintains the right to change prices without notice. The customer always pays the amount indicated on his order, even if the price is changed until the delivery date of the product.
In case of difficulties in executing the order (eg bad weather, strikes etc.) we will inform you by e-mail to indicate if you wish to complete your order.

SHIPPING METHODS

The order form shows the expected delivery date of the items you ordered.
Calculation of shipping cost, depending on weight, dimensions, city or country is automatically made and appears during the ordering process.
Any customs duties and special taxes set by the customs authorities in countries outside the European Union are burdened by the recipients who will take care of the planned procedures. Our plusart.com.gr e-shop cannot know the amount of these charges.
Payment on delivery service isn’t valid in abroad.
In case of losing a parcel, the deadlines set by the Hellenic Post or the respective transport companies regarding the declaration of loss and the compensation are observed. The customer has 10 working days from receiving the shipping confirmation e-mail to declare his loss to the business. After this deadline, no statement will be accepted.
In the event that the customer declares a lost parcel within 10 days, the business undertakes to open a search folder. As part of this process, the firm is likely to ask the client for the various documents required to open the file. The customer should send these documents as soon as possible.
Finally, the shipping company gives the final response to the parcel search within 2 weeks at the latest. The answer may be: either that the parcel was found and in this case it is sent to the customer in accordance with the normal procedure or that there is a loss of parcel, in which case the company informs the customer and re-sends the product or compensates the customer accordingly with the customer’s choice.
Upon delivery by the shipping company to the customer, each product must be inspected and any reservations recorded on the carrier’s delivery note in case of partial or total damage. If the customer does not complain upon receipt of the parcel, this means that the parcel has been delivered in good condition and no ex-post request or complaint will be accepted by the company. If the customer wishes to complain to ELTA Courier, he/she will have to submit a written request to the shipping company within 3 working days of delivery. The request must be sent by registered post with acknowledgment of receipt.
Finally, any parcel that has not been requested by the customer and returned to the business is reimbursed with shipping costs.
In the event that the shipping company fails to deliver an unspecified parcel rather than the one intended for the customer, the customer must immediately inform the company by e-mail at info@plusart.com.gr for any mismatch (between the product , quality, quantity) no later than 13:00 on the next working day after receipt of the package. After this deadline, it will not be accepted and the business will not be liable to the customer.
The shipped products are covered by insurance for damage or loss during transportation. The validity of such security ceases to exist once the product is delivered to the customer.
